Server & Application Availability

Even in the most stable environments there is a risk of hardware failure. To mitigate this risk, FRC employs heartbeat monitoring on all of our servers via icmp(ping) and http services 24/7/365. If a problem is found, whether it be slow response time or downed service, we are immediately notified if automatic recovery of the service fails.

Emergency/Outage Support

We provide an emergency pager e-mail address to our clients in the event that they find their website or hosted application to be unreachable. The pager system sends an instant communication to 2 on-call cell phones.
